We as a council are here for you, the student body. We’re your voice to the department, and as your representatives we feel you should get to know us!
Materials Engineering is currently one of the most active engineering departments, and undoubtedly one of the fastest growing (from 30 students per year in 2006 to 80 students in 2017).
The Materials Engineering Undergraduate Society (MEUS) is a council consisting of current students elected to represent materials engineering students at McGill University. MEUS aims to foster a community within the department, faculty, and campus in order to complement the academic endeavors of students during their time at McGill. This is done by the organization of social events such as apartment crawls, Fall and Winter Banquets, and Blues Pub and academic events such as industry and research talks, and industry tours.
If you ever have questions, concerns, fun ideas, or are interested in getting involved, shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or talk to any council member, we’d love to have you on the team!
